Copyright policy

212Trips’ policy is to disable and/or terminate the account or access of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing on the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion.

According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, which can be found at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf on the US Copyright Office website, 212Trips will respond promptly to allegations of copyright infringement committed using the 212Trips website and mobile application (the “Domain and Application”) that are reported to 212Trips’s Specified Copyright Age (the “Site and Application”).

If you are a copyright owner, or are allowed to act on behalf of one, or are authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please fill out the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and send it to 212Trips’ Appointed Copyright Agent to report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Web and Application. 212Trips will take whatever action it considers necessary, including removing the challenged content from the Web and Application, after receiving the Notice as stated below.

  3. Provide your mailing address, phone number, and email address, if appropriate.
  4.
